How to cut Iberian ham


A three minute tutorial on how to cut the famous leg of Iberian ham. It’s a bit advanced, mostly because we haven’t covered the language yet (we will!) and the vocab is mostly dealing the different cuts of meat. You will hear many of the verbs covered so far as well as expressions to describe flavors.
